What People Are Saying About Working With Kathy:
“IFS and Kathy opened the door to understanding why I did what I did and felt what I felt. It isn’t all easy. I like being able to understand myself and most of the time I can be my best self.”
— Elizabeth E.
“What I have learned really increased my capacity for feeling and processing emotions in the moment, rather than separating from myself. I don’t need to say, “It doesn’t affect me because it shouldn’t.” Before I thought my nervous system would just explode now I feel equipped and feel everything in the moment.”
— Kae G.
“Now when I have negative thoughts, I’m aware of what part of me is talking to me. As I focus the part gets quieter and I can have more space. I can stop trying to will myself out of it. It is just life changing.”
— Lauren D.
